During my time at Optimal Group Australia (OGA), I have helped increase its following, presence, and engagement on social media, especially LinkedIn, which is our most important platform due to being a B2B company. When I joined the company had 3.3k followers – the number currently sits at a touch over 5.4k. This is an increase of over 2.1k followers or around 63%.

Before I joined, Optimal Group’s LinkedIn page was on average getting 10 reactions a post, with the most successful one getting around 25. But now, on average, we get 50 reactions per post, with multiple posts having over 100 reactions.

I began a LinkedIn Newsletter for OGA called “Optimal News”, which currently has around 1.4k subscribers.

I also manage the LinkedIn page for Optimal Group’s sister company, Optimal Renewable Gas (ORG). When I joined, the ORG LinkedIn page had only 68 followers, and now it has 804 – which is almost a 12-fold increase. At that time, there were also only one or 2 posts with little to no likes – now, on average, we get 35 reactions per post.
